If our Bibles were a phone, we’d know a lot more about His word
We’d use wisdom, instead of worldly knowledge, based off things we’ve heard
We would use better sound judgement, not just what culture has to say
We would better know how, to walk in God’s way
Our minds would not be filled with all the filth and stress
We’d find more peace and see better how great we’re blessed
If our Bibles were a phone, we would never put in down
We’d carry it close to us, it would always be around
It can be disheartening what we treasure most
How we prioritize our phone, instead of holding God to the utmost
Though our phone can be tool, and can be even used for fun
We never should put it before God, for He is number one
This phone of ours cannot save our soul
Though much it can do, it is God that makes us whole
If our Bibles were a phone, oh how great that would be
To prioritize God and all His majesty
Our minds would be filled more with His peace and love
We’d focus more on things above
Our hearts would be centered, and focused in the right place
If we let our Bible take our phone’s place
If our Bibles were our phones, how much better things would be
For it is a relationship with God that gets us to eternity
Our phones cannot provide all His saving grace
Let’s choose to put our Bible, in our phone’s place
