We should always start our day in prayer and then keep Him with us all throughout the day. I cannot put enough emphasis on this. When we start our day praying it is amazing how much better things are, than if we hadn’t. For it starts us out in communication with God, and helps continue that relationship with Him throughout the day. With that being said, we should end our day in prayer too. There are many wonderful ways in to keeping a constant relationship with God; prayer being one of the very special ways that we can. Recently, I woke up and wasn’t sure that I would be able to manage the day the way that I wanted to. However, instead of giving into that thought, I leaned into God in prayer. I asked Him to help me and He was faithful. When we start our day in prayer it reassures our hearts and minds that God is with us, with whatever the day brings. In that we can find peace, added strength, and joy. May we start our day in prayer, talk to Him throughout the day, and end our day in prayer too. For life is always better, when we’re talking to the Lord and keeping Him near to us, always.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NIV

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 6:18 NIV

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
