Last year was a lot. It was a year of trials, but it was also a year of healing, on so many levels. If I didn’t have God with me through it all, I would not have fared so well. In fact, it’s best not to think where I’d be. In all the hard that I went through, there is not one time that I can’t see that God wasn’t there. I watched through my health struggles, miracles happen. My husband and I also grew closer and our marriage was strengthened through those trials. It was a year unexpected; filled with hard, but also perseverance, joy and most of all, love. As I step into this new year, I don’t know what it holds. Although, I know God holds it all and I am so grateful that He will be with us through it all. I don’t go into the new year with goals or resolutions. I go into it grateful for another year at life. Here’s to another year walking with God and trusting Him through it all. Friend, may you too think of not just what you accomplished, but all the times God was clearly there for you this year. May we all continue to walk with Him; not just this year, but always.
