I sure love animals, and I sure love my pets. I have a few of them, more than what my husband signed up for, although, he has become pretty attached to them too. Something about being greeted when you walk in the door, no matter how long you were gone for. Watching their funny antics and getting some great cuddles from them. Animals sure have a wonderful way of making things better. God has a purpose in every single thing, and I believe that He created our pets with a purpose too. There have been days where I wasn’t feeling well, or I was sad, upset, or nervous and my animals have comforted me. I cannot help but to think that God created these pets of mine and everyone else’s with intention, knowing that they would help us, make us laugh, and bring us added joy. Friend, whether you have a pet, had a pet, or just enjoy other’s pets, may we thank God for them. For they sure are great! I sure am grateful for them. I looked over at my cat as he was doing something silly and it made me laugh, as my dog laid snuggled against me and something about it all, just makes life that much better. Thank you, God, for the gift of these very special animals.
