I watched a video of a man that took things that others saw as trash and turned those scraps into beauty. He saw beauty, where others saw garbage. You know as sinners, we could be viewed as such. Broken down and messy. And sometimes because of circumstances or simply being unkind, people may see us as broken and in disrepair. Though God, with His love, He sees beauty in us, His creation. Even when we make messes or we don’t meet someone’s standards He calls us worthy. He scoops us up, and through that love of His turns us into someone remarkable, special, beautiful. Made with a purpose. We just have to allow God to work in our lives; for He can turn what’s broken inside of us, into someone beautiful. Friend, whether you have made mistakes or someone just unkindly makes you feel like one, you are worthy and not garbage. May we go to God and walk with Him, talk with Him, have Him work through us to become the wonderful people that He had in mind for our lives. Also, if we are being treated unkindly, or unjustly, may we go to Him and be reminded that we are of value and that we matter, for we do. The man made many masterpieces out of scraps. For just as He saw beauty, and restorative hope; God too sees that with us.
