The kitchen echoed of laughter and it was my nephew, youngest son and I. We had just had fun painting silly portraits of each other. Being that none of us are professionals, it was quite comical. Though it was never about doing a great job. It was about having fun and being silly with our loved ones. Every day is a blessing from God. Sometimes, we get caught up in routine, chores, responsibilities. Though we must remember to find joy in this life that God has given us. To be silly, laugh out loud, and be joyful. Today memories were created, laughter echoed through my house and silly portraits will be cherished. Friend, take time with your loved ones and find joy. For how blessed we are to be given it.
