We sat gathered around in our family room. My husband in the chair. My youngest son sitting snuggled in a chair far bigger than himself. Meanwhile, my oldest son and I sat on our own side of our comfy couch with our blankets. We watched a show together. It is in moments like this where my heart is happy.  For it is time spent with those closest to my heart. For anytime we get to just have special family time together my heart is filled with joy. For these moments are the sprinkles in my life. Added special times where special moments become unforgettable memories. I know these boys of mine are growing and someday they will become men. Time together will still be just as wonderful, though they’ll be different. So, my husband and I just soak up these moments with our children as much as we can. Grateful to God to be raising them and having them to love. Friend, what a privilege it is to have our children. May we enjoy them and praise God for them.
