We live in a world that places more precedence on education level, IQ, and societal position. Though not near enough on wisdom. Or some will call themselves wise in their own worldly eyes, and not base it off of Biblical and godly wisdom. There is a major difference between the two. You can be called the smartest in the room, the smartest in your family, the smartest person ever. Though if you haven’t got wisdom, what do you really have? Being smart has some perks. Maybe a good job, with good pay. Maybe recognition and honors. Maybe a high place in society. Maybe things are just academically easy, and that’s great! I am not saying intelligence is a bad thing. It’s not at all. If God gives you that gift, just make sure you’re using it wisely. There may be those that do not have the gift of great smarts to the world’s standards, but they are Biblically wise. They live for God. That’s awesome! Friend, whether what your education level is or your academic abilities are, what is most important is being wise in the Lord’s eyes. May we use whatever gifts or abilities that God gives us, and use them always with wisdom as God has called. For godly wisdom will always get you farther and is always the best way to live and to honor God. Get wise, be wise, stay wise. God is always there to help us.

Wisdom
Proverbs 4:7 NIV
The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.
Ecclesiastes 7:12 NIV
Wisdom is a shelter as money is a shelter, but the advantage of knowledge is this: Wisdom preserves those who have it.
Ephesians 5:15-16 NIV
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
James 1:5 NIV
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
