Give it time, give it rest

Pray and trust that He knows best

Take a breath and let it out

Don’t let your fear, create doubt

When you pray, believe He can

And trust with all that He has planned

Read His word, find comfort there

Trust His peace, to take the fear

Talk to a friend, with wisdom too

May their friendship encourage you

For God does have the greatest plan

Even if we don’t understand

We can rest, rest assured

In His promises and in His word
