There are things I have come to find

That love is the tide that makes it bind

For even if one does disagree

Love still keeps unity

It says I won’t leave you, or let you go

But when I disagree, I’ll let you know

But I will still stay, through it all

I’ll still catch you, if you fall

Like it is said in His word

And all that wisdom that has been heard

That love is real, love does stay

Through the good and bad, everyday

Like the good Lord loves, so honest and true

Both me and you

Love is what gives life and from it hope from above

The greatest of things, is truly love

For in it I find clarity for my mind

In the hope of knowing, that love is the tide that binds

That gives hope in forever

A gift from God, we must also love each other

Love that binds

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NIV

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
