Slow down and enjoy His beauty

Take a breath and take a break

Enjoy all that God hath make

Feel the wind, enjoy the trees

Watch the ants, hear the bees

Play in the snow, sled down a hill

Or watch raindrops on your windowsill

See the colored leaves beauty to abound

Jump in leaf pile, after fallen to the ground

Sit in the sun, as it kisses your face

Then jump in some water, splashes all over the place

All the seasons so much beauty we can see

So many seasons to just stop and breathe

Life is busy, can keep us moving too fast

That we don’t take in God’s beauty, with joy to last

So slow it down, look around

At all God’s beauty to be found

Take a breath and take that break

Enjoy all things that God doth make

How many are your works, Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures. There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number—living things both large and small.
