I recently had to give my dog her bath. She did not enjoy it. Though it was much needed. Even though she hated the water and the soap and the whole process, she was super happy when she was done. She was glad to be clean. She ran around joyfully and looking so much cleaner. We are kind of like that. Sin makes us dirty and having to be cleansed from it can be hard at times. Although when we allow God to come in our lives and cleanse us from that sin, what remains is joy. Friend, may we always allow God to work in our lives, freeing us from sins dirtiness. Allowing us to be truly clean through His grace.

Cleansed from sin 

1 John 1:7-9 ESV

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
