Sometimes people just need more Jesus in their lives. I have been on the receiving end of bullying in my life, in various ways. It is not only hurtful, but can leave those affected by it with wondering why. Although most bullies bully because of insecurities within themselves. It is best not to react to their own inner issues, instead, walk away and pray that God works on their heart. That they learn to walk with Jesus. That they learn kindness. For it is always best to not let a bully, make us one. To not stoop down to their level. I recently dealt with a bully, although not the first time with this individual. I am not sure why this person treats me unkindly like they do, but I act like it doesn’t affect me. I just keep being kind anyway. Although it is hard. I need to pray for this person. Though I am not entirely sure why, I think they have a lot of insecurities. Friend, there are a lot of great people in the world and in turn, there are those we may encounter that are not so kind to us. We must keep being like Jesus and pray that they someday will too. In the meantime, may we pray, keep being kind, and let God handle it.

Be like Jesus
Matthew 5:43-46 NIV
“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighborand hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that?
Romans 12:19 NIV
Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.
