Have we put you Lord in last place

Allowed others in Your space

Has our faith become routine

Just a habit, connection unseen

Have we been too busy for who matters most

The Father, Son and Holy Ghost

Has church been a holy facade

Instead of really living for you God

Are we two faced in our faith

Too lukewarm and in poor taste

Do we read Your word, but not let is resonate

Not fully receive its power to take

Do we only pray when things get tough

When the seas around us are just too rough

Or do we pray also to give praise

Do we live for You in all our ways

Are we making time for You

In all we say and all we do

We say we are Christian, though is Christ in us

Or do we just identify with a label just because

Is our relationship genuine and true

Lord, are we truly walking with You

When others see us, can they see Your light

See Your love in plain sight

By the way we choose to live

The way we care and what we give

Are we living for Your glory

Or is our faith an empty story

Dear God if the one thing I do the most right

Is to walk in your way and fight the good fight

For there is nothing quite like this that matters

Worldly things will fade and scatter

You my God, I want Forever

A faithful life with You that doesn’t sever

Someday You will come again

My Savior, my Father, my friend

Until then, it is you Lord I pursue
