Have you ever had a project to do and although exciting, it was new and also a little daunting? We’ve been having a little bit of that at our house lately. We have a pretty big project that were doing for our home and some of what we have to do, are things we haven’t done before. My husband especially is having to carry the load of this project. Although, there’s something to be said for learning new things and accomplishing goals and dreams. While he was downstairs working on something, I was caught off guard by him shouting for joy. For he had accomplished a major goal. I was proud of him and he in turn was given more confidence for success moving forward. It got me thinking that sometimes God calls us toward a goal or a purpose and sometimes that can feel a little daunting. To do something that we haven’t done before or maybe just stepping out of our comfort zone. However, if God calls us to something He will make sure that we do it well and to its completion. When we do, both God and us will be shouting for joy. Now we have a lot more to do until we are finished with our goal, but we are trusting God to be with us and make it happen. Just as in life we are trusting God to lead us in life, for His glory.
