One day at a time. This is something that I am learning. I have a tendency to want to have everything just so and have it all mapped out. Though I have come to find out over the years, I can plan for my future and I can do the necessary things to prepare for it as much as possible and I can make decisions that will help give me a favorable future. Though I do not know the future and I can only go as far as God allows with it. Living for the day, while thinking of the future is not unwise. Though we are only meant to know so much. So, when I think of this quote, I am reminded to do my best with the day that God gives me and breathe, knowing that He holds all my tomorrows. We are not meant to know everything, as we as humans, can only deal with so much at a time. Also, by not knowing everything we can better practice our faith; knowing that God has it all worked out, and for our good. Friend, take a breath, trust that God holds your future and just take one day, at a time.

One day at a time
Matthew 6:34 NIV
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
