Life’s a journey, one in which we trod

We cannot make it, without God

Many things I have learned

Is that for Him, my heart does yearn

I’m so glad I have His love

There is something that I have come to see

When things are hard, He sustains me

He gets me through,

Things I couldn’t do

He calms my heart in ways only He can do

With His comfort, so ever true

There are some things I have come to know

Through all my trials, He helps me grow

He teaches me things I need to understand

That I just need to, trust in His plan

So much glory, and praise to give

As He’s with me, in this life I live

My Savior, God my king
