I plan as much as I can. Though I don’t know what all of my tomorrows hold; I know that God holds them. We can plan our lives; we can chase our goals and our dreams; though it is God’s purpose for our lives that prevails. That does not mean we shouldn’t plan and go for our goals; sometimes those are the things God puts on our hearts and we must pursue them. Though, if He has different ones, just know they are for a purpose and for our good, and we must trust Him. I have some dear friends that are walking in the path of the unknown. They have plans and dreams, though they’re not happening in the way they would choose. Though I watch them still hold their heads up, praying and pressing forward. Surrendering their plans for His and trusting Him through it all. These dear friends inspire me. Friend, life is like a novel, new to us with each page turn. We try to predict how it will end or play it out how we choose. Though the Author has already chosen and no matter how we try to write it, His story for us is always better. May we trust the Author, keep turning the pages and know He’s got it all worked out and the ending is going to be great.
