You don’t know their story or the things that they have been through
You only see a narrowed vision, created by you
It’s easy to pass judgement, in simply a passing glance
Thinking that your right by some simple chance
Though people are complex, and there’s more than meets the eye
We can’t be completely right, no matter how hard we try
It is always best to just offer kindness, for it’s God who knows them most
It is best to not get caught up in our opinion and then boast
For we know not their struggles or their heart
When we judge them, it just makes us all farther apart
May we just always choose to just be kind
For it in this act, love that we can find

Don’t pass judgement
Matthew 7:1-3 NIV
“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
