I read something somewhere recently that had really stuck out to me. I do not recall whom said it. It was something along the lines that when asked if their cup was half full, or half empty, the person replied that they were happy just to have a cup. That was humbling to me. We live in a culture that always wants more, forgetting gratitude. Losing sight of the blessings that we do have. For God owes us nothing, yet, He’s given us everything. He blesses us here daily and with the hope of heaven and being with Him someday. Friend, may we live with a heart full of gratitude. For in doing so, our hearts will be filled with love, humility, thankfulness, and a special type of joy.
