I love birds, for many reasons. The way that they sing their beautiful melodies, their peaceful presence, their funny antics. Though something unique about them, is how they help spread seeds. In doing so, sometimes random flowers and plants will pop up. I have reaped the benefit of this at times. I currently have a mystery flower growing near the side of my garage, and I can’t wait to see what it’ll be. It’s like the little birds are planting little bits of added beauty and joy in our lives. God surely had an added special plan for them.
We can learn things from these birds. To plant seeds of joy in people’s lives, spreading beauty into the lives of others. Friend, just as God made the birds to plant seeds and add beauty, we also were created to add joy and beauty into the lives of others. Like the birds, may we do so. In doing so, others can also see God’s goodness.

Matthew 5:14-16 NIV
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
