A place of love

You’re too much, you’re not enough, you’re too this, too that

You’re much too skinny or you’re much too fat

Your hair is too short, your hair is too long

You’re much too weak or you’re just too strong

You shouldn’t wear that, it just isn’t cool

You’re a little odd, so you must be a fool

You’re too dark, your too light

When can we stop the fight

So many judgements, this world does make

Can’t we just be kind for goodness’ sake

For God created us, exactly who He had in mind

So why can’t we, just be kind

Stop casting opinions, stop discriminating

Stop all the meanness and the hating

We’re all beautiful just as God designed us to be

You like you, and me like me

We must see like God above

That we all were created from a place of love

A place of love

Psalm 139:13-14 NIV

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
