Look for the silver lining as much as you can

Trusting in His promises and trusting in His plan

Look for any goodness, just try and do your best

Think of all you have and the ways in which you’re blessed

For life isn’t always exactly how we’d hope it to be

Though His plan is better, He plans so perfectly

Find the good that is to be found

Even if only to know, that He is around

For God is with us every step of the way

With a plan filled with hope and a love that does stay

Always with us, in Him it is true I’m finding

That He always is my silver lining
