Today is technically the first day of spring. Though it hasn’t officially arrived yet, we sure have been enjoying the nice days that we do have. Something nice when the sun is out, the air is warmer, the grass revealing itself after being covered with snow for so long. Oh, and the spring birds have arrived and are singing their beautiful melodies! Though I think winter has its own beauty to it, I’m typically ready for spring about this time. I can say a cold, wintry snow, does make us appreciate the warmer months more. I love all the seasons, each in their own way. Though spring is my favorite. Not only is it just a beautiful time of year with so much in bloom, the temperature seems to be just right to get out and really enjoy it. Though it is also a reminder that even after a cold season in life, there is warmth in sunshine still yet to come. Friend, God is so intentional about everything that He creates, and His timing for it all. He has a purpose for each season. Trust Him in it, and if things feel a little cold and gloomy right now, hang tight spring is coming.
