“Don’t try to make sense, of people that don’t make sense.” My dad said this to me recently, after being upset about something. In brief, what had happened is someone was trying to create trouble, for reasons I think only them and God really know. In trying to make sense of why this person was trying to create that trouble, I began to stew over it. I struggled making sense of their want to be malicious. It was then when my dad told me that quote. He reminded me that it can be hard for people like us to understand why people have a need to be unkind, as that’s not who we are. Though he reminded me some people are unfortunately that way. The best thing we can do for people like that my friend, is to pray for them. For they definitely need it. Then move forward from it and not to continue to let the enemy hurt us. Friend, some people are just not nice, for various reasons. Though we must continue to do the right thing, pray for them and trust God to address it. May we not let a bitter heart, change ours. For some peoples mean choices don’t always make sense. May instead of dwelling over it, may we pray about it. For what does make sense, is going to God over it.

Matthew 5:44-48 NIV
But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
