In a world where media likes to share negativity, it is nice to see softness in the world. The kindness of a stranger, the help from a friend, miracles that happen. The world will try to have us fixate our eyes on things that hurt our hearts. What we need to do is fix our eyes on Jesus, His word, His hope and His goodness. Also, amidst all the sadness, pain and bad in the world, we must find the good. Friend, don’t get so caught up in the media, that you allow what’s negative in it to consume you. Remember to stay in His word, not the world’s. Remember to stay in prayer, hope and to focus on the good. For a mind consumed with negativity, will often fall into a pit of it. Although a mind consumed with God’s love and goodness, finds themselves surrounded by more joy, more hope, and surrounded by more love.
