When I am discouraged and my hope starts to dim

I am reminded to focus on Him

He is my strength, when I am weak

When I need courage, in Him I do seek

When I need confidence in my day

I know He listens, when I pray

When I need joy, in my heart to reside

He gives me it, from somewhere inside

When things seem messy, and I’m searching for peace

He calms my angst and gives my mind ease

When I need comfort, with His love I can feel

His love envelope me, reminding me it is real

When I need healing, it is Him who does it best

The greatest physician, above all the rest

For I know in God, I can always rely it’s true

For there isn’t anything He can’t do

So, when I need reminding to just trust His plan

I am reminded of how very loved I am
