The roads were icy, and covered with wet snow. I was headed home from work and drove with caution. I had to stop at a four way, one in which had a slight hill. When it became my turn to go, I began to feel myself getting stuck, as my wheels were spinning. I kept accelerating, in hopes to gain enough traction to be able to make it. By God’s grace I became unstuck and in doing so, I was able to continue forward. I made it home safely and I am grateful for God’s guidance, control and care. It got me thinking, life can feel like an uphill battle at times. There are times in life where we feel stuck, our wheels spinning, wondering if we are going to make it. Though I have found God is always ready to guide us, He is always in control and He cares for us more than we can fathom. When life feels a little unsteady and we feel a little stuck, may we go to God. For He will bring us safely through it, with His love and His care.
