Sometimes there are those, whose worth seems to scatter
They wonder their value, and if they really matter
They look for validation, sometimes in the wrong place
They find it in their clothes, their possessions or their face
In money they search to see if it can fulfill
But things in this world, can never fully heal
They search for it in others, to try to fill that need
Only to not fully, ever succeed
For our worth isn’t in things or even people it’s true
It’s not in our money or the things we can do
For where worth really resides
Is a place, that comes from deep inside
A place, that is meant for God to be
Deep in our hearts, for eternity
In Him we find our worth, that we always searched for
Making us whole, and not the want for more
Consider us all worthy, for truly we are it’s true
Though we must find our worth in Him, and all we say and do
For this world was not meant to ever fulfill what only He can
Not by things and not even by man
Our hearts were designed to seek Him, to fill the void only He can fill
Places inside, only He can heal
if there ever is a time, where our worth starts to shatter
We need but to go to Him, it is there we know we matter

And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
