As I sat there in my comfy chair, in my nice home, eating my tasty food I began scrolling on my phone. I came across a video of a little girl in an impoverished area, excited to receive a dolly. She was joyful of little and appreciative of what she did have. It was humbling for me. As I sat in that chair of mine, I thought of all the ways that I have been blessed. How so often I forget. Sometimes in my wants, I forget of how much that I already have. As I think of all the things that I want, I pause in gratitude for the blessings in my life. My heart goes out to that child. Although she has figured out, something that many of us are still fully learning; gratitude. May every day we walk in thankfulness for all that God has done and continues to do in our lives. For when we walk in gratitude, we come out richer in blessings.
