I watched a video of some kids racing on skates. There was one little girl that stood out. She was the smallest one and at the start of the race, she took a fall. Immediately, her dad excitedly encouraged her to get back up and go! The little girl did exactly that. She got up and with her dad’s encouraging words being heard in the background, she took first place. God is like that with us. He constantly encourages us and helps us to get up and try again; even as situations may try to knock us down. Friend, may we always be encouraged by God’s word and His love. For He is always there for us, cheering us on to do our best! When we fall, He is always there giving us what we need to get up and try again. For like the little girls dad that encouraged her, our Father is our greatest source of encouragement.
