It was a stressful morning the other day with my children. Though things did start to settle. My children and I sat aside their schoolwork, and headed outside. Something about the fresh air was healing and just what we needed. It was a windy day and the pretty leaves were falling from the trees. I watched as my oldest son climbed the trees and my youngest son jumped in leaf piles. The fresh air was exactly what we needed. For as the wind blew it was like more breath in our lungs. The cool air refreshing. Nature being therapeutic. Friend, sometimes when things are stressful, we just need to step outside into God’s nature. For God has blessed us with so much beauty in nature. It is in His nature, where we can often find added peace. So, if things are feeling stressful my friend, go to God and go sit in His creation.

Job 12:7-10 NIV
“But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. Which of all these does not know
that the hand of the Lord has done this?In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.
Psalm 96:11-12 NIV
Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it. Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them; let all the trees of the forest sing for joy.
