Not one of is perfect. We all need God to help us on this journey that is life. However, we also have to help ourself. God is always here to guide, protect, heal and love us. Though when we go and we make reckless choices, we cannot be surprised with the consequences for those actions. Some pray for money, yet, they spend it foolishly. Some pray for healing, yet they make unhealthy choices. Some do not like certain situations, yet they don’t try to change them. These are just a few vague examples. We all as humans are sinners and God is always ready to forgive us if we so genuinely ask. God is also always ready to help us battle our sins, but we have to do our part. Friend, God wants to help us in this life stay away from sin and walk with Him. We must surrender our lives to Him fully, read His word, pray, have self-discipline, walk with Him daily and actively stay away from the things that separate us from Him. God is always here for us, but we must do our part. For sin is all around us and daily we have to choose God over it.
