In the garden of life,

we are but seeds

Though it is hard,

If we have to grow through the weeds

If we are not tended to

Nurtured and cared for with love

How can we grow

And be what our Gardener dreamed of

If we are left to wilt

In the elements that try to consume

Will we ever get the chance

To fully bloom

As God tends to us

Like beautiful flowers that we can become

He is our living water

And we are given light

Through His son

Though it is also our duty

And we have been instructed from above

To also nurture

Each other with love

In this garden of life

We must look around

For people are like seeds

Waiting to be found

To be nurtured

To help bloom as He had in mind

So more beauty can exist

More beauty here, we can find

For we are all but flowers

Planted as seeds

Nurtured with love

Is just what we need

So someday we can bloom
