He hears our heart

He understands our minds

He knows our soul

In His love divine

He knows our coming

He knows our going

He knows every bit

For He’s all knowing

He knows our present

For He is there too

To Him, there is

Nothing new

He knows our past

Yet loves us still

He knows the future,

He always will

When our words

We cannot fully convey

He knows what

We’re trying to say

When we feel misunderstood

He understands so clear

For it is our heart

That He does hear

When our mind

Seems a mess

He brings it peace

He calms our stress

He knows our soul

In ways even we do not

For daily for it

He has fought

To bring us home

To be with Him

When the end is here

Up to Heaven

No matter the chapter

In life we’re on

There’s peace in His presence

Him, we can count on

So call on God

He is always near

Through it all

One thing is clear

We have a God

Who cast out doubt

For He has it

All figured out

So may we remember

To have a relationship with Him

Our Savior, our God,
