I find that I can be my best

When I’ve taken the time to rest

To recharge and to renew

To sometimes simply, not to do

Just to simply relax and be

So I can be the best of me

Time with God and time to breathe

Just what I did surly need

Busy days can consume our mind

We must slow down, this I find

To take time to spend with God and pray

And not forget about Sabbath day

So take today to do what we know is best

For this is the day, we are told to rest
