People will form their own opinions about who they think we are. How easy it is to label someone based on what we think we know. Maybe it is their education, their wealth, title, popularity or fame. Although I have learned in life that it is truly in their character what makes a person great. It is the way that they love God and people. The way that they treat others. Education is important, but it is not what defines a person. No amount of wealth can buy good character. A title does not make one better. To be popular does not make one more important. Fame does not equal superiority. We need to spend more time loving each other and building each other up and helping one another when in need. Most importantly we need to fixate our eyes on God and love Him better. For when we love God better, we can better be the people that He designed us to be. When we love others well, we are loving like Him and just as we are called. Friend, may our character be good and reflective of the people that God has called us to be. For nothing creates truly good character better than when we love God and people. We are valued and worthy because of God and His infallible love and what Jesus did for us on the cross. May we remember to focus on who God says we are and not who the world tells us we are. For the world’s opinions can never match God’s. It is His opinion that matters. It is who He says that we are. We must remember to not let the world label us and our worth. For we are beyond worthy. We were created in God’s image and we’re to die for. Every single one of us has value and a purpose for His glory. God has called us worthy. May we treat one another with that same love. Truly, there is nothing more wonderful than to be loved so deeply, by the creator of the universe and there is something so beautiful about striving to love one another with that same kind of love.
