Look for the good, for it is all too easy to become cynical. We live in a society that is falling farther from God every day. It can be difficult at times to be a true follower of God in a world that praises a secular culture and things that go against Him. It can be easy to be overwhelmed and disheartened by where our world is headed. Although we must remember to look for the good. For despite the things that are happening around us, there is still good to be found. We must continue to walk with God, even if few walk with us. We must continue to be kind, even if people are doing wrong things; for God sees it. We must continue to find the positive, even with the negative behavior that exists. For there is still good to be found and we must remember that. We must stay in His word, in prayer, in hope. We must love, even when it is hard. We must choose to search through the weeds and find the beautiful. 

Friend, it is easy to be overwhelmed by this world and its sin; though we must hang tighter to Him. For there is still good to be found and someday there will be nothing but good. We must just hang onto God and love as we navigate this life and look forward to the one hereafter.
