There is a woman online whose videos I sometimes watch, that flips old or beaten-up pieces of wooden furniture. Most of these pieces were so damaged that they would be considered trash, in most of our opinions. Although this woman sees these pieces as an opportunity to use her artistic gifts, to turn it into something beautiful. She does not disappoint either. These pieces that she works on start out looking like there is no hope for repurpose, to becoming a beautiful piece, with a purpose. It is so fun to watch what she can create from things the rest of us would see just as broken.

As humans, we can be like these pieces sometimes. We feel like we are falling apart at times. Maybe people have made us feel like trash. Maybe we are left wondering if we still have a purpose. Then, the greatest artist, God; reminds us of our worth, and that He still has a purpose for our lives. When we feel broken or others have made us feel as though we are; it is incredible to watch the work that only God can truly do in our lives. For none of us are ever too far gone, for God not to be able to still use for His glory and our good. Turning all the broken parts of us, into something beautiful!

Friend, I do not know if you have ever felt a little worn in life and wondered your worth; but you are always worthy, always have a purpose and always are loved beyond measure. For we are all God’s handiwork and when we walk with Him; it is there where we can see our worth, our value and find our purpose.
