Sometimes the noisiest place that we find ourselves in, is in our own thoughts. We are frequently as humans; consumed by worries, fears, doubts, regrets. Things we have told ourselves, things others may have said or done. We walk around tired from the busyness of the thoughts, that at times, can so easily consume our minds. Though I have learned, the only one whom can bring us true peace is God. For it is in Him, where we can find the quiet for our busy minds. For when we focus our mind on His word, His promises, His grace and His love; all the negativity inside of us is replaced with His hope. Friend, many of us struggle with over-thinking, over-worrying, not letting God be fully in control, at all times. We have the choice of whether we want to live this way or not; or whether we want to fully give our lives over to God. If we choose to fully give our lives over to God, we allow Him to occupy the space in our hearts and mind; where negativity tried to be. May we walk with God continuously and go to Him even more, when our minds try to fill up with the things that try to consume us. May we be so consumed with our love for God, that it leaves little room for anything not from Him. May we remember to stay in His word, stay in prayer, and trust Him with His promises to care for us always. For it is in His grace and His love, where we can find our peace for all parts of ourselves.
