Don’t let another’s brokenness, make you a quitter
Don’t let their meanness, leave you bitter
Anger doesn’t heal, it only further separates
Only love, can drown out hate
Instead of anger and retaliation
May we remember, His grace and salvation
Humans cannot fully repay an error
Only God can do that, I see it clearer
Prayer to forgive those that are unkind
There His peace, we can find
For He is just and will make things right
Though bitterness with anger, is no way to fight
God knows how to work on a heart
If we want to fight, may prayer be the start
Though in the process, may we not forget
In their meanness, may we not quit
For another’s brokenness, cannot define
The wonderful us, God had in mind
