I have been extra conscious about the food I eat recently. It is amazing how much added things are in our food and not necessary. Many of the labels make things sound organic, but their only advertising half-truths. For often when you read the label, most contain bioengineered food ingredients. Don’t ever be afraid to read the label. For those are not good or necessary things to put into our food. Though I do believe that having a snack or treat day here and there is just fine in moderation and not everything in my cupboard is non-GMO; it is so important that we do our best, and watch what feed our bodies. Often, we worry about exercise, getting enough sleep and not making poor life choices for our body; though often the food we eat gets put on the back burner. However, what we feed our bodies helps us function at our best. I think the most frustrating thing about the food industry is the lack of honest communication about what we are putting into our bodies. Read the labels my friend and know what you are feeding yourself and your family. Watching what we put into our body is important. Food being a big part of that. I know non-GMO is expensive at times, but even small changes, are better than no changes. You are so important and deserve to eat good, healthy food. This world will try to tell you it is ok to eat many various sorts of food; but just because it is sold in the store, does not mean that it is good for us. God created our bodies to thrive with healthy food and drinks. Friend, when we take care of our bodies by what we put into them, it is so amazing how much better our bodies take care of us.
