I look around at this life, that God so generously gives

All that He provides, just so we can live

All His extra blessings, given from His grace

All His love over our lives, as we navigate this place

God has been so kind and gracious with His love

All the ways He cares, in all the ways we are thought of

The family that He gives us to love and to adore

The friends that we are blessed with, just to give us more

The shelter from the cold, transportation to get us here and there

Clothing on our back and the many blessings through the year

Food and drink to nourish our bodies to give us what we need

His word in which to follow, as our hearts in which it feeds

He gives us life and our salvation

This is my Thanking proclamation

Today and always, I give thanks for all of our blessings and all He provides

I am so grateful and blessed, that we have God on our side

Thanksgiving
