Many times, I have visited this place
Inside my heart, called saved by Grace
In my time of sin and shame
I go to Him who knows my name
Offering forgiveness, I find myself in jubilee
That such as Him, would love someone as me
For hope is found, despite the error of my sin
As He washes the shame, and says follow him
For though I make mistakes, he cleans my slate
By the Savior who takes my sinful weight
Tossing it to the farthest depths of the sea
How great it is, that He loves even me
Though mistakes I still make I confess
He still calls me His and continues to bless
For my guilt is found, and as it weighs on my heart
As I ask for forgiveness, I’m given a new start
I can breathe relief, through His hope given
As he instructs in the way I should be living
Saved by Grace, knowing His love is the key
Saving a sinner, such as me

Romans 3:23-24 NIV
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
