I am longing for God more lately. Maybe it is because I am seeing more and more dysfunction in the world around me, maybe it’s because I am getting older and wiser, maybe I am just realizing the quickness of life and how having a relationship with our Lord is the most important mission that we can have in life. For everything flows from that. The choices that we make, the way in which we live, how we owe everything to God. The fragility of life reminds me of my need for Him. My salvation is more important now, than at any other point in my life. Also, leading my children to have a relationship with God, and being a great godly wife for my husband. Friend, life is an hourglass and we know that eventually our time will be up. I want to make the most of the time I have here, with forever in mind. For I know that having a relationship with my Savior, is the best way to navigate life now, and give me hope for when my hourglass is up. Friend, I hope you can join me in growing your relationship with God. For it truly is the most important relationship that we will ever have.
