My youngest son has been sleeping with his Bible in bed with him at night. He told me that it made him feel safe. I understood, as my Bible sits next to me, on my nightstand. Having it near to me while I sleep, is a reminder that God is always with me. That He is bigger than any fear. That His hope is bigger than any hard that comes my way. For there is security in Him, no matter the circumstance. My heart was filled with joy, knowing that my little boy knows just how special the Bible is. How wonderful God’s love is for us. To hear him say that he feels safe with his Bible near, reminded me; the greatest source of comfort comes from God. Friend, whatever we go through in this life, whatever worry or fear we have, we can always find our source of comfort in God our Father. For a heart that keeps God always close to them, finds God close in all things.

Psalm 73:28 NIV
But as for me, it is good to be near God. I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge; I will tell of all your deeds.
