This world is not our home

It is a temporary place

As we learn the best we can

We try to keep the pace

This is not our forever here

It is but a short journey

Nothing will compare

To Heaven up above

All the good we do have

Is from His grace and love

Heart not be discouraged

Mind not be dismayed

Don’t lose courage

Or by the world be swayed

In this journey called life

Just hang tight

Know that if you love God

All will be made right
