We live in a world that is hungry for true fulfillment, yet, many try to feed their hearts the worlds poison. They will say that their hungry, yet, their eating the candy and not the fruit. It is at times easy to feed on the worlds pleasure, instead of the of the fruit of the Spirit. Friend, we are all sinners and have all fed into this world’s corruptions and temptations at one point or another, in one way or another. I have found however, when I focus my mind on God and I feed my soul His word and I stay filled with His spirit; I no longer hunger for the worlds temporary delight. Instead, I am left feeling fulfilled with His grace and His love. My hope is that we remember not to fill our hearts with worldly, temporary delights, that never fulfill. Friend, I pray that we can remember to fill ourselves with God, whom will leave us fully satisfied. For a heart that is enriched with the Holy Spirit, finds fulfillment that this world cannot offer.
