One of the biggest regrets to find

Is the loss of peace for our soul and mind

To run around aimlessly with no direction

To doubt God and Jesus and His resurrection

To go about life, on our own conceit

Or to have someone make us ‘feel’ complete

As the world tries to find peace in temporary delight

Putting life in their hands, instead of His glorious might

True peace cannot be found in man

We will not have it, until this we understand

The peace that we need, comes only from above

Done with selflessness and unconditional love

Do not have regret, have joy from the peace He freely gives

From His love, His kindness and His grace to forgive

For He is faithful to bring us peace, the way He only can

For there is always peace, in the Great I Am
