I love the straight-forward pure honesty of children. They do not try to embellish, sugar-coat, or falsify. They just come out with what they want to say and tell it like it is. Somewhere through time, we seem to lose that sense of pureness. Though having tact is important, we often go the extreme of losing some sense of truth or we stop sticking up for our truth. Friend, may we always be like children, when it comes to our faith, especially. Unapologetic in our love for God! Not worrying how others may react in our love for Him. May we not leave people questioning where we stand in our faith. May we be straight-forward in our love and our walk with God. May we always be to the point, that God is the whole point. May we be purely honest with ourselves and where we stand in our walk. May we be honest with everyone we meet where we stand in our walk with God. For honesty is a fleeting virtue. Especially when it comes to what is right and our love and our walk with Him. Friend, as we take on our daily adventures may we live them with childlike honesty. Loudly proclaiming and truly living out our love for God!
